Pricing is as follows
$500 per night for up to 10 guests. Extra guests are $50 per person per night – 2 night minimum stay.
Public holiday weekends – 3 night minimum stay.
School holidays – 6 night minimum stay.
We like to offer favourable rates for longer stays, please ask!
Dogs are charged at $10 per dog, per night.
School Holidays, Christmas, Easter, WA Public Holidays, Special Events (Leeuwin Concerts, Gourmet Escape etc)
Varied minimum stays will apply, depending on the length of the holiday period and priority will be given to longer bookings, especially in school holidays.
If there are still availabilities closer to the date, then shorter stays will be accepted.
